This person will be responsible for training, evaluating, maintaining equipment and maintaining a safe and productive environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Able to provide leadership and guidance to recon staff.
Able to operate a tablet and computer.
Able to review quality of work and provide objective feedback.
Able to work in heat, cold and a damp environment.
Able to bend, squat, twist, stoop and stretch in normal completion of job duties.
Able to climb ladders and work in heights.
Able to work with various chemicals in the completion of job duties.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES Attention to detail.
Able to train and evaluate recon personnel.
Able to maintain and repair recon equipment as needed.
Able to perform various tasks as assigned.
Able to work safely in an adverse environment.
Able to maintain standards and the speed required to work in assembly line fashion.
